FDA’s CDRH Seeking Customer Feedback

The U.S. federal agency responsible for the regulation and oversight of medical devices is seeking comments on the quality of its customer service to industry.

The Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration now maintains an online survey instrument to collect feedback on interactions with the agency. Visitors to the CDRH website are invited to complete a brief survey on their interactions with the agency and its personnel. Survey results are compiled in real-time to produce an overall CDRH Customer Satisfaction Rating.

Since March 2014, nearly 1250 visitors have completed the CDRH survey. To date, nearly 1100 visitors (88 percent) have agreed with the statement “Overall, I am satisfied with the Customer Service I received.”
