The ESD Association is now soliciting presentation abstracts for the fourth annual International Electrostatic Discharge Workshop (IEW). The Workshop will be held May 10-13, 2010, at the Evangelische Akademie in Tutzing, Germany. The spirit of the Tutzing estate and its 18th Century Mansion will encourage thoughtful discussions and intensive interaction.
The fourth annual workshop is inviting a focus on the increasing importance of system level ESD design and test, as well as the relationship between system and component level ESD. Presentations for the workshop should address at least one of the following ESD topics: Novel Design Concepts, Special Custom Design Approaches, Technology Integration Issues, Failure Analysis, Test Structures, Simulation Tools, ESD Testing Characterization and Tester Issues, System Level ESD Issues, and Unresolved ESD Issues.
Abstracts for presentations should be two pages including figures and must clearly present the data and significance of the results. Abstracts should be emailed in pdf format to iew@esda.org, no later than November 20, 2009, and should include the title, author’s name and author’s affiliation. The technical program committee will announce the selections to authors on or before December 11th, 2009.
